- Hardware.nl Launched in May 2002, online retailer, Hardware.nl has already built up a serious marketshare in The Netherlands and Belgium selling Computers, electronic appliances and software. Internet entrepreneur and Managing Director Linda de Vries Radestad: " 'Availability' is the keyword of our success. Purchase departments in smaller countries like The Netherlands and Belgium face limited availability on specific products. Backorders can take 2 weeks or more, way too long to solve their problems quickly and efficiently. We merge productavailabilty from 5 markets to one shop." She runs the company with her team of 10 employees from their head office in The Netherlands. Working together with 18 distributors in Belgium, Germany and Holland and the UK, Hardware.nl is able to take advantage of large stock and pricingdifferences in several countries in Europe. We are pround to be able to present around 300.000 products from 1300 A-brands on our website.
