The logo you have is actually copyrighted by Rolls-Royce and BMW. The number of feathers on each wing is 10.
On the current and original, (prior to Rolls-Royce ownership of Bentley), Bentley logo, it is 10 feathers on the left wing, as you face the logo, and 11 feathers on the right wing.
