Well, that's a mess. Too much details and text. Most of it would be lost in a reduced version of the logo.
It doesn't look really bad but you got to simplify it. I would remove the illustration in the bell shape.
eu achei como arte comercial comemorativo, por isso ficou bom, não é apenas uma logo marca, para me ele acertou.
