Brief from client
My company is basically going to provide business consulting, mentoring and inspirational services. 3DK (my first three kids names start with Ds and the baby is K). I like grey, red and pink for business ideas.

Let's say the "3DK" is OK for now.
The urgency is in the tagline. The text is way too small and the font too condensed.
What's with the diamond, rhombus, or that thing there? Looks like it has no *business* in this picture.

This is not going to work as a good logo but judging by your visual preferences and idea behind the name.... if it works for you, use it.
