Way too much detail in the clip-arty motorcycle, the font is way too detailed and too small- almost unreadable, and the wings/stars thing is SO OVERDONE. I see what you were going for and everything, but the detail on the clip art will be lost (it pretty much already is at this size), the font is too decorative to be used for ALL of the text, the wings just look crowded, and I'd lose the gradient effect (along with the metal effect) around the circle. Were it me, I'd just start over and think "simple". At very least you should either make your own (more simple!) motorcycle and pick a different font. And maybe lose the wings too. This screams "Harley wannabe"!!

You have to decide what is most important in the logo and make that big and emphasized. There are too many elements taken from here and there, looks like you compined all the clipart you could find on a topic and you did it without a concept.
