Primero busca una idea, un concepto, busca la sintesis y siguelo pensando... este intento deja mucho que pensar de una "agencia de diseño" no inspira confianza ni nada bueno.

This is barely readable, with the stroked font over the RGB super flashy symbol.
The circles are pretty much useless here.
Switch to CMYK and try different colors and fonts.
Yep yep, the colors are way too bright/RGB, the symbol isn't made well, the lines going around the whole thing just add clutter and are so thin they'd practically disappear anyhow, and it's never a good idea to have a super thin font like that stroked with white AND have a drop shadow.
I'd go back to the drawing board on this one- or just hire someone to do it for you maybe!?!?
