I think you have the idea but not the concept. This is literally the term "air" and then the term "furniture" but I don't see them being one.
The stool needs a bit more work... or less work? Maybe just making the top flat and straight is enough rather than curved.
I suggest you think of a way to marry both graphics together into a single, unified visual to give it more concept and move away from literal representation.
I agree with ricardozea on idea but not the concept part. Indian Air Lines used to have that iconic mascot with an over sized turban who would welcome passengers and that was my first thought. Spend more time on a symbol and typography to make it memorable.
First, there's no such thing as a perfect logo, or perfect anything for that matter.
This is not really working for me. Trying to illustrate by a logo a combination of two different concepts can be fun, but this is just too random and feels way too forced.
All things needs more design to make it work. The rounded typography fits almost ok with the balloon, the balloon almost look like a part of the chair and the colourmatch is almost pretty. Good luck!
After I looked again - saw a potential with what you have done already on a top portion of a symbol. Let go of that part below a balloon , as I see a back of a chair with a seat from a bird's view. All you need to do is add two legs in perspective below a seat part with another parallel bar that connects them and you will have yourself a pretty solid symbol. Also, I think if you would consider making a balloon and " Air " in some type of sky blue to tied up to a theme of your concept.
And you did a horrible job, by the way. Now it looks as a mullah with a giant turban and vampire teeth below a mustache. Let original creator come up with a solution, thought...
Félix, if I were you, I wouldn't go around telling anybody they did a horrible job at modifying someone else's logo. We've all seen what you did lately in that department and you're in no place to put anyone down.
The fact that you posted a very well made logo, a first, shouldn't give you any impression of grandeur. Try humility and empathy instead, it's pretty cool.
In case you hadn't noticed, we've been aware that you've been back on the Critique section lately and we decided to let you be as long as you keep behaving. We had hopes in the beginning but lately, it seems you're leaning back towards your nonsensical and now brutish ways.
Please don't make me ban you for the umpteenth time. We like having you here as long as you're being nice, upload good logos and give relevant feedback.
dude, I've seen this guy on several threads and have yet to see him post something useful. He seems to excel in nasty and negative.he's unhappy with life so he dumps on others. that seems obvious.
Waffles, not to worry - it wont. I made myself a promise not to bother to respond to any messages that are personal. I'm here to leave critique only. As once Charlie said that people who are bother with personal comments are saying more about themselves rather than anything.

As they have said , try combining the two elements into a single symbol and you will have a better result , the idea is good , but not well grounded.

I agree with most of what everyone else said. Try to combine the elements in one. maybe something like this quick example I made.
It looks better, now works with typography, I like the original colors.
You could also reduce some of the space between the symbol and text.
Good job.
I'm not the original designer. lol. this was my quick sketch of how to solve the problem.

ok, keyboard warrior. unlike you, I was actually trying to be helpful. you're just being an ass. Go kick the dog or something.

Fitting that this is all going to go spiraling out of control... on a logo with a hot air balloon on it.

Charlie, can I send an e-mail to you?
