Very very bad. Start over from scratch. Perhaps read a few books about the basics of graphic design. I'm not trying to be mean. It's my genuine suggestion.
Okay. This answers my previous question.
Just hire a graphic designer, because these are getting worse as I progress through the critique page.

Yea not a great idea for a logo, maybe in stead of googling APBT's
Google how to design logos! =)
There are ton of great sites that have tutorials and inspiration for logos.
