Better than you previous version but still very bad. You can't use such a common symbol as that egyptian painting as a logo. You have to do something unique. No contrast. What's wrong with that "B"? Try designing the logo in black and white first.
Yeah, your logo should be uploaded (and work) without a black background, and this certainly doesn't. The weird shadow on the font has to go, the 'logo' part of the logo looks like a piece of clip art, and the font you chose just doesn't work. Stop using clip art for your logos. If you aren't a graphic designer, then maybe just hire a designer to make this logo for you.
Otherwise, start with something fresh and of your own creation. No more bad clip art (no more clip art in general!), no more shadows on the text (or anywhere!) and make it work in black and white!
