Too much confusion, too many forms... the "Arizona" with the underline and the colors remind me of beauty products like creme nivea, dove... There must be a better way to give the message visually. I would recommend some sketching and research. Maybe this is for a younger / middle age audience? if so, try to give it a younger / energetic feel... its an entertainment centre not a retirement home !

Keep working, i hope to see more!

I wholeheartedly agree with Edgar.

There are way too many things going on, it's way complicated, too literal, too many gradients and clip arts.

You need to simplify things drastically. It's not because there are 3 types of game that you absolutely have to show these three types of games. It's a logo, not a brochure. Remember: a logo should not be as informative as it should be memorable and leave a lasting impression.

There's also way too much text. Again, not a brochure. Subtext shouldn't be an integral part of the logo.

You got two different fonts just for the wordmark alone and they do not mesh very well with each other. Again, simplify.

I kind of don't really want to even critique the elements on this one.

Do you remember corporate brochures from the mid 90s?

That's what this looks like. I would never use this for a place that uses modern VR. Even if you WANTED to go for a vintage 80's look, there's a million ways to do it that bring it to the modern day.
