This looks more civilized then earlier versions. I think you should play on the 'Atomic' word mark and abandon 'electrons' icon, it has been pretty much abused and overused in a lot of logos.
Main typography is ok but underlying tagline typo is very ugly and does not fit.
The atom has been done.. I would go retro to salvage the idea if you want to go this route.
I rather like the main type. But, the font for the tag is not good. That Mickey Mouse "&" symbol hurts my eyes.
The color is OK- It was my favorite in the early 90's so it feels dated- but that might just be me.

It does not say "printing or advertising" to me but i like how it looks

Let's see: First, there are 3 electrons sharing one orbit while in the second orbit.. there's no electron at all. Lastly, there's no nucleus.
This depiction of the Rutherford–Bohr model look very weird. I'm not sure I can allow a licence here.

It works, but I'm not quite sure about the typeface. It's 90% there. Good work.
