Brief from client
THIS IS NOT A FINISHED DESIGN. I am more so looking for critiques on the concept rather than the overall look thus far. I've been on the fence about the direction of this design for the past few day's, and I need some opinions on it.
The Client is really big on MIND, BODY & SPIRIT so I incorporated the 3 in the design.
What can I do to improve this design, or should I try a different direction?

I'd simplify it - lose the gradients and put it all in one colour.
Ah hah! I see that Dltd has already mentioned what I was going to bring up! I'd take out all strokes and make everything (or at least the bodies/arms) the same color! Why am I reiterating!? (Looks neat small - I thought it was a flower when it was thumbnail size!)
i think I'm going back to the drawing board with something a little simpler. I don't think the man would want his logo to remind people of flowers.

Some bugs or a flower ? No gradient required here, it makes it look worse, use solid shapes, clear and clean with a well defined design. I barely see any human form here (if it wouldn't be the description it could be anything).
