This could be a really cool logo if only that reflection effect wasn't getting in the way and screwing the legibility.

You also want to fix that kerning.

I'm feeling this one but I wouldn't recommend the gradient colors. I would also space the letters apart a little. Right now they seem all squashed together.

The gray against white is working for me and you should try other solid colors,

The look of the Sydney Opera House is trademarked, so you can't actually use it.

From what I read they have already stopped dozens of other companies from using the building in their logos.

You will need to scrap the graphic completely.
