Brief from client 

The client requested that the current colours of red, grey and charcoal be used. Wanting a new modern look.

I think the over feel of the colour scheme and type is professional but it needs to be cleaned up and organized. The symbol just has way too much going on. I like that you're playing off the letters but it needs to be simplified and have more evenness. The red needs to be richer/darker and have less orange in it.
