she wants a Logo which represent about LUDO a board game. the philosophy is same like the game rules, which is the company help clients to reach their goal. BasicLudo work in promotional design and creative field.

where is the name of the company?!!!..
As 2dm said, the company name is missing which makes it hard to alk about this. What I see now is that you are using bright RGB colors that can not be printed, so you are fooling the client with them. These colors will change a lot when you convert them to CMYK. The other thing I see that this symbol will not work in small sizes, if you shrink it to fit on a business card, it will melt to something unrecognisable. I would avoin using these shadow effects, they don't fit to the logo category.
E o conceito?
No text whatsoever and the colors are WAY too bright (unless you're using florescent pantone inks on a five color press, there's no way your colors will ever be that bright) - add some text so we know what the hell it is and tone down those colors!!
