Best Aghveran Resort

Brief from client
This is for a resort hotel (60 rooms) in Aghveran, near Yeravan. They used to be under Best Western franchise for 4 years, but decided to cut the costs. Before that they were Aghveran Resort for 2 years.
- 95% of customers are local Armenians from Yerevan (capital)
- 70% of customers are leisure
- 30% of customers are corporate/conferences
They want to serve both segments.

Your horizontal bars are clashing against each othe. As an overall feel I do not sense anything Armenian here start from the idea and finishing with the color choice. Nothing points in the direction of a resort either. Sketching would be a must at this point, as this one feels rushed and done fast on the computer in a few minutes.

Nothing about this is working. I would not stay at a place that had this on their sign.
The colors should be more vibrant, I would probably go with a sans serif of some sort to make it seem a little less formal. I would avoid having reds and blues touch each other.
