to be honest, it looks like a mutated 13 or a lost trunk from an elephant. i would recommend doing some research on the company and get an understanding of their history and background and base the idea off of that.
I'll be honest this logo doesn't look good at all.
The symbol doesn't say anything and doesn't give any clue about what "beta" is about.
Globally, this looks very dated, like a logo from the 70's. Without that cool vintage thing.
It is not a well designed logo. It is just an ugly font on a background. I see no idea in it and it does not look good either.
It looks like a bad female reproductive disorder diagram.
