Brief from client
not much. just clean and simple logo.
BIM for FM is a building information modeling software. My idea was to make the BIM and FM a bit different by using light and bold fonts with the added cube symbol to represent the 6 dimensional services of the software.

There is no idea. A simple isometric cube is not memorable enough. It's way too common. Start over.
Idea: When I hear the idea that there are 6 dimensions to this software, I wish there was another way to show them rather than a plain cube. Maybe even a square in the process of exploding into 6 pieces, and pull the reference into that. But I just don't think of a 6 sided cube when I see a cube. I do like the idea, just shown differently.
Symbol: It is a cube, no getting around it. Symbols on the cube, rounded edges, a pattern that reflects the company, or even a wire frame cube to reflect the modeling software would be helpful.
Typography: I enjoy the typography, it balances BIM and FM by having the short name thicker than the long name.
Colors: Is that grey a blue-grey? I'd rather see it in black and grey or a definite color. If it is black and grey, then I would flip the thumb down to a thumb up because we know the color can be picked later.
A bit too simple and clean. It's got nothing to make it special and different. Try and play a bit with the shapes and color.
