Brief from client 

Need a logo for our website. My partner (Bob) and myself (Moe) are content (copy / text) providers (English and Arabic), and we want to have a single page website just for the contact details. The logo will only be used on this web page.

technically, "&" cannot be registered as domain name, so "http://bob&moe.com" is not a valid URL. So be careful of the arrangement.

I would get rid of the .com. It throws the logo off balance.

I'd make a version with blue bubble too.
