if put this symbol above the letters? also the source of trade, colors tenque be something, strong, to give a sense of "fight "....

I don't think the symbol is bad, if you use it in a different way it would probably work. Not a big fan of the font. The whole thing is a bit blah in my opinion and I'm sure you want to generate excitement for the event.
If you were to use it this way, I think the symmetrical symbol screams for symmetry in the type.
Sorry, I would rework it.
