Brightwave construction co. Ltd

Brief from client

Logo should be such away that when someone sees it, he/she gets the picture that we are dealing with building construction

Hi The logo BWC describes the Brightwave construction and the home vector background explains the construction kind of company, And the earthy kind of color mostly used in this it shows for the construction based company.

Hmm.... There are a few things here that jump out at me right away. The brick texture in BWC is probably a good idea in theory, but when the logo is reduced down it would probably disappear. You might want to consider creating the texture on BWC in Illustrator (or however you want to get it to be vector art) instead of a photo texture- which this appears to be!? Also, there seems to be some weird stroke happening in the brown house thing behind the logo- like a red stroke going through it all? I would take the stroke out for sure and then make the houses a lot more simple. All of the detail above the B is really confusing. Make it more simple, and maybe make it work with the BWC more- this seems like two different styles or ideas that were just haphazardly tossed in together.

I would also get rid of the small drop shadow that you have on the BWC- I don't think it's needed.

Agree with Sara. The stoke on the house object is not needed. It takes away from any sort of crispness. I would loose the drop shadow and brick texture on BWC, it clutters up the design. Some of the detail in the house image can be removed behind BWC, you can't see it, can't tell what it is and it's just clutter. Why not just have BWC cut into the house image with a buffer similar in size to the drop shadow you have now. Finally the dark background makes the entire concept look more like a haunted house rather than new construction.

Oh it SO does! The haunted house thing is right on- definitely take away the black background!!!

Agree with Sara, no drop shadow, I would outline the BWC with whatever the background color so the brown does not cross the red as colors are close and are to read, even more when size is reduced
