fairly i don't like the arrow, it comes in a bad contrast with the fluidity of the font, I would make it more in the manner of the font or get rig of it. The rest is pretty fine and "book like", but fine.
I guess I'm not really doing flips over this logo, but at the same time I don't dislike it. The one thing I thought I'd mention is that you should consider changing the color of the green to something less neon. Unless this is to be used solely online or on screens you'll never get it to print that bright green. Always remember that when you see a color on a screen it's got light shining through it- paper doesn't have that luxury, thus the color won't be as bright!

I think this is pretty interesting. This is how I think that arrow could be placed.
I agree with the ishimaru... the arrow could be more centralized with the logo, the lower.
