Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but this logo doesn't work, not really for artistic reasons, though there's also room for improvement, but at his conceptual core, the idea isn't working.
So I assume this logo would be for some kind of IT company. The bug part of the symbol represents something negative, which is the company's job to fix. And the wrench represents that fixing part. So you can't really merge the two are they are the antithesis of one another?
I hope I'm clear enough.
