This looks nice but I dont like the way the colors Look almost hot pink it contrasts the soft green, But this looks like a good start.

I guess that rose is some clipart, otherwise you would respect it more and you would not put that awful shadow under the whole logo. Get rid of the shadow and it will be much better. Also I'd go with a less complicated rose or other flower, this one is too crowded for a logo, won't even work in a small size. The leafs look like faded petals falen under. The pink is too shiny for my eyes, I'd choose something smoother.

remove the shadow..and you might want to use another shade of pink with less saturation than this one.
