Brief from client
We sell hot roast meat baguettes Pork, beef and turkey (no horse HaHa)and fresh ground coffee's.
Looking for something classic,classy easy to remember and read.styles we like; farm housey, wholesome, working kitchen.
First draft design of a new logo I'm working on. Have done some much new versions since, once its all live I'll get them uploaded.

I also made a spinning ham!
Very clever, I like it. My only concern is if knives aren't too aggressive to use as a symbol.
Maybe I'm a pervert, but I see a fallus in the animated one.
i like this, but i agree with the above on your Animation! Also rather than having 2 knifes in your symbol, why not 1 knife and the 2 pronged fork that they use to carve the meat with?

I'm not a fan of how the ham is looking. I didn't really know what is was before I read your comment. The bone part looks a bit like a pair of balls =)
Hahaa! I totally saw cock and balls when I saw the spinning ham too- but only because the ham is so dark! Maybe if the ham was slightly lighter colored the bone wouldn't stand out so much!?
