I see what you did here (: I like the fabric look, but you could improve it a bit: make the red dotted line bigger and use a brighter color to make it pop out. You could also try and make the thorn edges less symmetrical, more random. Also the typeface doesn't quite fit the concept.

I agree with dionisdei. and take a look at the kerning.

Looks a bit better but you should put it as a new version, so everybody can see it on the main page...there's a but "add new version" under version 1.
