I'm totally lost on this one. I feel like it needs so much more. Suggestions would be sooo helpful!

Have you tried a suited gingerbread man? It can be fun but quite challenging to make it elegant.

Any reason why C is connected to o?

First advice: get rid of the purple circle. Why not a cookie with a high hat? With a name like that, funny ideas should be flowing.

Also, you need to watch out your kerning, because it's all over the place.
