Is there a reason the symbol is not centered behind the words? "Criollos" was made smaller without constraining proportions so now what was a clean font looks like two different fonts and gives the type a messy feel. That comic font always looks a little goofy, unless your target audience is children.
No real idea here, this could be a logo for almost anything.
If you are using the "and" symbol as your mark... I don't see anything wrong with that. It is aesthetically pleasing. It just doesn't convey much.
Overall, it looks messy. I'm not sure if centering the elements and fixing the type would fix that. I am inclined to think the words should be taken off of the symbol and the whole composition arranged better.

You need an idea first. Then simpler and cleaner typography. Avoid using so many different fonts.
Since latino community on BOTW showed that they really hate my guts and care only about favorable comments from their own circle I will refrain from posting anything except rating here.

The "&" shouldn't be the main element of your logo. It should be "CRUDOS CRIOLLOS". Replace the hand-made typeface for serif to make a better contrast.
