Three things that bother me: The bad ligature between the N and the Z. It might needs some painstaking tweakage, but you really need to get it right.

The other problem is the presence of these two tiny circles on each side of the subtext. I know it adds to the vintage look and feel, but there are really not needed here and complicate things more than anything.

Finally, as I mentioned in version 1, that capital D is throwing the whole thing off, since your logo is centered. Now it's too left heavy. Even things out by replacing the cap by a lower case and you should be alright.

Other than that, the choice of font is still very good, I like the ribbon effect you did by adding these shadows, though you missed the one on the loop of the D. It goes very well with the whole them of the brand.

I love the colors.

Overall, beside the few problems I pointed out, this is a good job. Keep it up!

This is fine art. The ligature between the N and the Z looks perfect to me. It's what it takes to figure out that it starts a Z there; a welcomed (calculated) imperfection to make you stare and wonder. I like the colors and the small circles. Bravo!
