Brief from client
We want a logo that combines the 2 themes: Disney and making radio.
DisneyFever is a fan-based website that offers info about Disneyland Paris, it has its own radio
Because you can't use the Mickey head this is another design.
The magic and music is traveling from the castle tower to 'the world'.
Like the first design, any critique is welcome, I know that I have to learn a lot.

It looks like a burning tower... the only other thing I can think of that this represents is Rapunzel's hair? If so she should be visible and the focus should be on her. A burning tower isn't very magical/disney-like.
You're on the right track, I like the colors, but the symbol isn't working for me right now.
I get what you are doing with the "swirls" -- supposed to be the sound of music coming from the tower, right? But obviously from the comment above, it is a little confusing. You might want to simplify it a bit and find some other references that have successfully accomplished this. Regardless, it isn't very pleasing to the eye design-wise.
I still think the text and color needs work.
I think you will get there- just needs work.
It looks like somebody is baking up there. Better be something yummy.
Instead of aroma waves, what if you use sound waves?
Thanks for all your input, I wasn't aware that it was kind of hard to see the meaning of the icon.
Soundwaves are a good idea, I think I was looking to far for ideas.
