I think the idea of combining the droid with the flag is good, but you need to make it simpler. Just use the flag design as the patter on the body of the robot. Also, no need to make him fly, make him face the reader.
The typography is too messy, remove the android "bites".

First i agree with the first review, would be nice to make the superhero face the reader, also the android bites saturates the logo, too many ideas in one logo. Google super heroes logos and take some inspirations from there. Been a dominican myself i have to say this one will be popular in DR tho.
This looks like a backwards ninja turtle drawn by South Park creators surrounded by letters half eaten by rats. If it's intended to be a joke then it works, if it's not a joke, you need to go back to the drawing board.
