Brief from client 

It's a logo for an app for college dorms. The users of this app will be college students living in a dorm (hostel) and owners/management of the dorms.

The backpack and baseball hat is not fitting the rest of the logo. Try to simplify and use the same line-width. Maybe you don't even need these elements. The arms are a bit too long, feels like apes, not humans.
