u design this logo?

It seems to me that idea quite good, but realization... Something confuses... It seems a gradient planimetric.

First you need a complete concept! Right now, seems that you invisioned something, but still need work! Go back to sketch! Re-think!

The concept is fine, it's just too busy and too much gradient. Try working with only two colors (black and white) to make a readable logo, then add color if needed.

Nothing works like it should here. Too many things are going on at the same time and it just look unprofessional and amateurish.
Sorry, but you really need to read some books on graphics and logo design before you make another try at this.

Before going any further, focus on branding the product... What are you selling/promoting? Is it lubricant or the racing team? Lose the world and the circles - they did that in the 80's. What does the F1M stand for? I like the big letters but don't get the sun and other random images in the 1. simplify.
