Fino Design é uma empresa que presta serviços de materiais gráficos em geral, entre eles adesivos, cartões de visitas, banner's, entre outros..
O foco de nosso trabalho é desenvolver artes e identidades visuais para empresas de pequeno e médio porte.
A opnião de vocês é super importante para nós.

I think this works quite nicely- the only thing I would mention is that the detail in the font (which IS neat, don't get me wrong) might get lost when it's printed on a small scale. The symbol isn't exactly my 'cup of tea' but I think it works in this application.

For once, I so do not agree with my comment buddy Sara =)
The symbol is way too random, it doesn't say anything particular.
The weird effect on the font looks it's just here because you wanted it to be there and doesn't hold any water as well. And as Sara pointed, it won't behave so well if the logo's reduced.
Anyway, sorry, I don't think this works.
