The first thing that comes to mind here is geometry, as if the company is made of mathematicians. Definitely revise your strategy here to be more geared toward flash web.
Your use of geometric markings implies mathematical precision, but your logo is a random pile of words and symbols jumbled together. None of this relates at all to web design.
I have to be blunt here. If this is any indication of your skill and how you represent yourself as a designer, you should rethink your vocation and pursue something else. If I was looking for a web designer, I would see your logo and reject you without a second thought.
Yeah, it's absolutely imperative that you represent yourself well with your own logo. Like Rad said, it has everything to do with your design skills and what it says about you as an artist. Make sure it stands out and that it's creative.

Terrible logo. Too much happening very chaotic. And your kerning game is not on par here. I like the idea but this just isn't working.
I agree with Race. Way too complicated. And it really doesn't say "web design".
Is the name "Flash Web Tasarimi"?
See the title.
It might be a lost in translation thing but, it just doesn't read well or clearly communicate.
I can understand that. I'm just saying he did include the title in the post above. I agree that we shouldn't need that to read it clearly in the logo.
