you should start by removing the line "Cvjetje dekoracje" it's no need to tell that in the logo, the visual flower it's enough. now about the symbol, try coming up with a more stylish flower, simpler, not to many colors. definitely keep the flower's tail passing trough the "g" but try modulating it a bit by starting with a thinner line to a thicker one.

The whole logo remembered me to a perfumed pantyliners ad. Be more creative: they want to create bouquet for weddings... Despite this, the lettering is good for a female business, but they are too thin. The colors are bad.The background green is too saturated.

I think you can do something a little more inviting than what you have. Your text is ok but the placement of everything is way off. I would try to get more creative, a try to use some different colors.
