Brief from client
simple logo done for personal Identity
This logo is simply form my own personal use, for a currently fictional firm/studio I've envisioned, running back into my childhood. I'd like some feedback on where I've gone wrong, what I've done right. Please note I've not studied design what so ever beyond the basics of art at this point.

This one is not bad at all for a beginner. For some reason I spot an airplane making a right turn on a runway in a negative space between F and H, so , that needs to be watch for when creating a logo. It is a good start here, keep working on polishing that symbol and it might turn into a nice one. Will be there a subtext ? Like your choice of colors - reminds my childhood soccer club Borussia from Monchengladbach.
Thanks for the feedback! I never really saw the negative space airplane til now, but I will work on that. As for subtext, I'm not sure I'll add any, as I just wanted this to be initials.
Ar'khi, you can work on a negative space that naturally occurred inside H already and see if you can make F out of that. I believe that you can with a little bit of imagination and inspiration. Would be nice to see you come back with that version or other version and somehow tied everything up to a firm studio project. That part is crucial now due to a fact that you're not planning to use a subtext. Good luck to you!
And here is Gunter himself wearing that classic shirt.
