FunkaArtist
Brief from client
Design a Logo for a new company named FunkaArtist.
FunkaArtist is my own logo for branding my graphical tasks as I am a Creative Graphic Designer. The logo is in Urdu language. Idea of designing the logo in Urdu really appealed me because, almost everyone, around the globe, has designed their logos in English format. So, I wanted to brand my work in a different way. That is the only reason, I designed the logo in Urdu.
Well, this logo is basically a mixture of Urdu and English language consisting of two words, half of it is Urdu and half of it is English, that goes somewhat like:
Funkar (Urdu) + Artist (English) = FunkaArtist
Both words have two alphabets common in the beginning and ending, which are:
AR from the word "funkAR" and AR from the word "ARtist".
Thus, I combined both the words and created a new word named "FunkaArtist".
The word Funkar being an Urdu word has almost the same meaning as Artist.
Lastly, this name can also be used as several options like:
-Funkaartist
-Funk Artist
-Fun ka Artist
-Funkar Artist
I need your critiques and suggestion on the design of the logo which is attached here, in case, if how I can make it more better.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Kinza Malik

It took me 5 sec to find out that you didn't do squat about this logo.
You are not a proper graphic designer until you create 100% of the logo yourself. Right now you're just a cheater.
Don't insult our intelligence by giving us a whole speech on how you came up with your name or how you're so unique because you typed it in Urdu. We couldn't give a rat's ass about that.
Bonus points for picking a graphic that looks like a big rainbow penis with balls.
Haha. It's actually a small penis with big rainbow balls, but still :)
Rainbow balls.. Thanks for that image Jon :D
Y'know, it really makes no difference to me if you bought rights to that image, stole it, or made it yourself. It's incredibly ugly, and doesn't work as a logo symbol. It's a blobby rainbow colored palatte with a brush sticking out.
But, truth is it's not original or creative.
Thank you, I am going to work out on it again. I am surely going to display the logo again soon with some positive feedback and with some 'good' words. :)
This time, I am going to design a different piece. I always welcome the Critiques because they really help me to bring out the best out of me.
There's just one request and that is, Please do not use harsh words, since they might leave a negative impact on learners to flourish their skills.
Thank you and sorry at the same moment, if you have felt anything bad from my end.
Thank you, anyway :)
Well if you don't want harsh words used against your work, just don't cheat.
That being said, we'll be hapy to give you a fair feed back on something you entirely created yourself.
