First off, I would advise against using green as your background for something like this. The colors on your logo could be more pleasing as well.

You have a good structure, but there are issues. The type looks too thin. I would try making it a bit more visible. Also, watch the lower line where it meets the fork; there's a thin break there.

But mostly what bothers me is the background. It looks more like ramen noodles. Maybe it's just me. I think you're on the right track, but consider these adjustments.

I can't change the background color because it is the car's color. (Bianchi green / Celeste.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sky_blue)

i agree with killswitch on everything, if you sit back and look at the logo it's visually hard read the text due to the background.

Also you should bring your text lower? i have always been taught to center a text from the upper case letters.

I like the idea of your design though.

Agreed, this could potentially be the direction you want to go. I would eliminate thick strokes on the text, however. And work on your color scheme a bit. Sky blue and brownish yellow/orange doesn't look too appealing.

I like this last version with the white lace a lot. I would recommend perhaps making the stroke around funnel cake a little smaller. Or, better yet, put it behind the fill, and make it a little bigger. That way it doesn't scrunch your text.

Otherwise, great job. :)
