I'm sorry but this isn't really a logo and it looks like a lot of clip art. There's so much going on and overlapping that it makes it almost indiscernible.

simplfy, get rid of useless detail like shadows, use solid colors, not more than 3 (adviceable for beginners) and stick with the subject. I like the simetry and the message here, the idea is not bad, but overcomplicated. Chosse a font without outline, simple and vintage would fit better on this.
