...which can only be a bad thing. Also, the logo doesn't really express the marriage of two ideas - garden and plants. The 'justification' for the reason that the symbol is the way it is is a little loose and vague and i'd go back to the sketchpad.
Also the grey colour is too light and I don't like the fact that there are 2 different shades of green. I'd go with the green used on the leaf if I had to choose one.
It's no problem at all, and I wasn't being flippant about the pacman thing, I was just telling you what i saw straight away. Look forward to your next post :)
Your concept is fairly esoteric. I don't have as much of a problem with the Pacman resemblance as I do with the subtle representation of a particular subject. You might be able to pull it off with a new direction, but if you're not terribly attached to the idea maybe it's worth finding something else that works.
Love the typography/colors, though (with the inadvertent color error in consideration)
I don't like the pac man reference, but I like the lines...it reminds me of a zen garden. I hate the colors. The green is fine (the lime green) but the grey is way too light. When I saw the thumbnail, I almost didn't see the left half of the logo.
