IMO way too detailed. Also the font is really hard for me to read at first sight.

I would just take the kid and add 1 science thing to it.
When you zoom out there is no way the table with all the stuff remains visible.

Your little dude is kind of cute- I wonder about the small items getting lost. But I can't get past the double name- it is redundant. And bothersome that the top name is upside down.

Please remove the contours of the typography and simplify the illustration. I see the logo very loaded.

Quick rule of thumb.

If your logo can't work in simply black and white, it isn't a logo that works efficiently.

Keep that little guy and get rid of all the rest. The circles, the table and the chemistry thingies.

Having the word mark repeated twice around the circle is redondant and complicated. Keep things simple.

Version history
