My own logo

This H thing is the symbol of hospitals on the map. That confuses me a lot. The game you play with the word DESIGN is something I like but I'd chose a different font, something less boring. That gradient thing in the other version is not pretty, forget that.

I don't like either one of these, especially not the gradient one. (Never put gradient blocks behind logos.) I agree with Oscar about the hospital sign, but furthermore I just don't like what you've done with the text. Maybe you're trying to be modern or edgy, but to me it comes across as a rather boring idea (chopping the top and bottoms of the letters off) - and I REALLY don't like the N being cut up into pieces.

For me, it just doesn't work at all. Keep trying!!
