I was tempted to give a thumbs down and no comments...just like you left us no brief telling us anything about this company and what they are trying to represent with their logo. I don't see and H and an F. What I do see are geometric shapes with RGB gradients.

I think there needs to be a lot more thought into what you're trying to convey. Like Shawali says, do some research, write the brief, take the time to find something that represents the company, not just a bunch of shapes.
