Brief from client
Logo for a company called I & O Investments and Operations.
Your typography isn't bad, but I'm not quite feeling the symbol. The curved lowecase I might be justified if it was being modeled to resemble something, but here it doesn't really make sense to do so, since quite honestly I don't know if there's any intentional double-imagery going on. But I'll say it's a huge improvement from your original idea.
Maybe try exploring options with the negative space in the "O?" Just some fuel to add to the creative tank :)
Okay, Cesar, you have created two different versions on a symbol with a turquoise background... I lean to a second one for sure, as it has more dynamics and vibes to it. All you need to do is polish some things on a symbol. Shoot me your email and I'll send you my ideas, as some here whine about the fact when I'm visually explaining my point of view.
Wow, that's one major improvement since version 1! Good job you did there.
I'd like to see how it behaves on a white background, though. Given that's your logo would be mostly printed on white paper. I'll give you a more in depth feedback when I see it.
Overall its good, however the symbol reminds me of the handicapped sign. I think its a little odd the way the "i" and the "o" are placed. I would def start from scratch on the symbol. The text is okay but the fonts a little to unprofessional for such a serious company. Also the tracking is way too tight. However I do like the colors! Keep working with this idea and I am sure you will have something great in no time.

Here some demos.

But this look like a job being well done.
Thanks Charlie, on white background as you asked.
What a difference between this and version 1. I didn't even consider that they could be the same thing.
Nice job.
