The idea I like very much!
The execution however really amateurish, sorry :(
Too much coloring going on, the size contrast too much.
The difference between the letter forms of iLLU i and the swuare like S is wrong.
Keep the idea, but start from scratch.
Yep- sorry, agree with all of the above. Right now it's way too much and nearly unreadable. Keep hacking away at it though- you may come up with something really nice.
It's a good idea, you just need smarter and better execution.
And... do try to rethink your approach to color scheme, do you really need rainbow gradients?

You can add it with the + VERSION button on the right side of your last one. So everyone will see it- Personally I think this is less readable than the last. Do your next one in only one color- Nobody here is a fan of gradients or multiple colors- and there is a good reason for that : ).
I would really work on the negative space of the design- so that it takes a second for the word to pop out at the viewer (playing off of the illusion theme). That was where it looked like your original was going and everyone seemed to like that. I will look for an example and upload it if I can.

Well, an illusion is something you see that might not necessarily be there- Here I am speaking of the illusion of text using the negative space (shapes). In my example, at first it reads as shapes but then you see the words pop out.
Your name Illusi is similar to the word illusion. Playing off of the similarity is a good idea.

Better but still not good. I feel it's too stretched upwards, execution still lacks finesse and color scheme still doesn't work.
Good idea, but needs more work to make it simpler and more elegant.
Scrap the gradients and replace with spot colors that pop. The width of your white space should mimic the width of your strokes/lines. This would refine the image greatly. Dropping Agency would allow for the type to be bigger. Right now the symbol overpowers the type. I love the concept! Keep at it.
I would love to see this in a reverse. Black box, white strokes and the s in a vibrant spot color.
