Brief from client
an travel business located on east of manado, need to representative town for the world travel
While I can see some good skills for design behind this logo, I think it doesn't really work.
It just looks like your run-of-the-mill travel agency logo, a collection of mandatory symbols such as the place, the globe and the Earth curvature.
There are too many things happening ta the same time, which make the whole thing too complicated. You need to keep things simple. One solution I would explore is to just keep the bow of the plane as the central arm of the E. See how it turns out.
AS it is now, it's hard not to read just "Manuel", as the globe overlaps on half the i.
Kick the plane or the globe out. The plane between the typo is just to much and looking from a distance it will disturb the logo. I would only use the plane but it shouldn't go trough your typography.

Good luck!
I agree with the comment about too many things going on. It might work better if you simply lost the globe.

I don't mind the plane/arc idea. What I'm not crazy about is the huge globe. I think it could stand on its own without it.
I don't really love the color palate, either.
