I dunno.... The colors are fine, I'm not sure about the gradient, but I am sure that it's kinda hard to read!?

Love it, but agree that the gradient is unnecessary in the base logo.

I do like the logo in general. As the others, I'd change the gradient to a full color too. Also I don't quite understand the orange a. It only makes sense if you have a reason for highlighting it and it makes difficult to figure out the w in the end.
