The Logo simply represents Jacinth Stone. I meant the "J & S" together in one unique look.

I would do the "Jacinth" in same font as "Stone", but as is in black. Symbol says nothing to me - you should be able to come up with a better idea...

It's impossible to see J and S in that logo. Too many typefaces.

reminds me of a toothpaste and i don't see the letters either. scratch it and start fresh. it looks lost

I don't get how the swoosh fits in and there are to many fonts being used, Break it down to just 2 fonts tops and try to incorporate a logo that actually fits in the design well, I agree with phino it reminds me of toothpaste. It looks like your trying to make it modern and clean I think your heading in the right direction but you need to do some tweeking.
