Your kerning needs work and the alarm is way to clip art looking. The fonts still do not work. Truthfully I would scratch this one and start again.

Looks like an envelop. You don't need it anyway.

Work around the wordmark. "J&J ALARMS" has enough material to come up with a good looking logo.

Why perspective? It all looks like a postal parcel.
make it clean and simple. No silly effects or perspective is going to make logo look good.

i agree, make it simple and more appealing. look into switching up the colour scheme a bit and the typography also needs work. I like your perseverance with all this positive critisism you will get there eventually.

the effect i wanted was the isometric look, one side with their name & other the pictorial, will try another angle(no pun intended), thanks guys for your time and helpful criticism

This is not isometric projection, It's perspective.projection.

Anyway, neither work here. Stick to the good ol 2D. Use your bag of tricks only for marketing purposes. They work very well there.
